Configuration Files

A few YAML (.yml) files are included with the ng911ok package containing reference data necessary for its functionality. In particular, they are intended to store data that are subject to change upon the revision of relevant NG911 standards or in the event that the ng911ok package is adapted for use by another jurisdiction.

PyYAML is the library used by ng911ok for handling YAML files in Python; see the PyYAML Documentation.
